Refund & Returns Policy

Your happiness is the whole point. If something doesn’t look or feel right when it arrives, we’ll make it easy to set things straight — here’s our simple, no-stress returns process.

Our promise

Every Bliss piece is quality-checked before it’s packed. But if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund — no complicated hoops to jump through.

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just reach out within that window and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What can be returned

To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if the seal is unopened. Sale or clearance items may be final sale, which we’ll always note clearly on the product page.

How to request a return

It’s quick and human:

  • Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@blisswomenaccessories.com with your order number.
  • Tell us what went wrong and, if it’s damaged, share a quick photo.
  • We’ll confirm your return and share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer. You’ll get a confirmation the moment it’s done.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or piece instead? We’re glad to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. If there’s a price difference, we’ll let you know before proceeding — never any hidden surprises.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error — a damaged, faulty or wrong item — we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping cost may apply, which we’ll explain upfront.
