From our studio in Kanpur to your doorstep anywhere in India — here’s exactly how we pack, dispatch and deliver your Bliss order, so you always know what to expect.

Where we ship
We deliver across India to every serviceable pin code. If your area is temporarily not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll let you know and suggest the best alternative.

Dispatch time
We pack with care and aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During festive seasons or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you posted.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges
We keep it simple and fair:
Free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
A flat ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹799.
Any charges are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Order tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us, we’ll send a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you ever can’t find your tracking details, just message us.

Packaging
Every order is gift-ready by default — wrapped thoughtfully so it arrives looking as lovely as it should, whether it’s for you or someone special. Add a free handwritten note at checkout if you like.

Delays & issues
We work with reliable courier partners, but occasionally weather, festivals or regional disruptions can affect delivery times. If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived, reach out and we’ll chase it up with the courier right away.
